HR Director
Reporting to the Business Director with a strong functional dependence of the HR Director of Ferrovial Agroman
Based in London, in charge of the HR Department of the Ferrovial Agroman Division in UK
He/She will be responsible for the:
- Formulation and development of the HR strategy for the Company, and implementation of policies and procedures according to business objectives and Group Ferrovial Standards.
- Implementation of HR best practice, including but not limited to:
- Recruitment
- Training
- Reward and Performance
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Internal Communications
- Administration of HR programs and processes with consideration of the specific UK market and guidelines established by the Headquarters
- Effective management of Employee Relations, including Collective Bargain Agreements, negotiation with Unions, Employment Contracts, Pensions and Healthcare
Profile
We are seeking a Senior professional with
- Proven experience in an HR management role, ideally with responsibility for a significant number of employees
- Knowledge and experience of all functional aspects of HR including Recruitment, Training, Reward & Performance, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations
- Experience in Industrial Relations (dealing with Union negotiations, Employee issues, Works Council) in UK / European context
- Extensive knowledge of UK Employment Law, Government regulation, tax.
- Previous supervisory capacity and / or management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge / experience of the construction industry will be advantageous.
