License Agreement
All images, portraits, and logos (hereinafter referred to as images) provided by Swissport International Ltd. (SPI) to the recipient are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of agreement
Except where expressly mentioned, SPI owns and retains the copyrights to all images. Provided that the recipient is a news medium, SPI grants a nonexclusive, limited right to download an image and reproduce it once only without alteration, except as noted, for news reporting or editorial purposes only. No other rights or permissions of any kind are granted.
2. Ownership
The rights to all logos, page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts on the gallery and logo library pages are owned by SPI and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of SPI.
3. Disclaimer
The images are provided to recipient as is. All implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including but not limited to the warranties of title, infringement of rights owned by third parties, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. The image recipient shall be responsible for obtaining permissions from third parties where required.
4. Applicable law
This agreement: (a) is subject to the laws of Switzerland; (b) constitutes the entire agreement, and supersedes any and all other written or oral agreements between the parties related to images; and (c) may only be amended or otherwise modified by a written instrument executed by an authorized SPI representative.

All elements of this site, without exception, are copyright © 2002 by Swissport International Ltd. (SPI) which reserves all rights thereto. None of the elements may be downloaded, displayed, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or any other means, without the prior permission of SPI.
Permission is granted on a strictly limited basis to registered media to download, display, copy, distribute, and publish certain elements of this site pursuant to the License Agreement. The recipient must not (a) copy, publish, or post any elements on any computer network or broadcast or publications media, (b) modify the elements, and (c) remove or alter any copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the elements.
