Our customers can turn to us for almost any aviation ground service. Swissport’s services range from ramp handling, passenger services and lounge hospitality to air cargo handling and load control.
AIRPORT GROUND SERVICES
Swissport generates around 80 percent of its revenue with classic ramp handling and passenger services. Ancillary business such as airport lounge hospitality, executive aviation and load control complement our portfolio. Combined with our global network, our broad service portfolio gives us significant service and cost advantages to the benefit of our customers.
AIR CARGO HANDLING
Air cargo accounts for roughly 20 percent of our revenue. We handle everything from general cargo to specialist shipments such as temperature sensitive products. Some 4.8 million tons of air cargo passed through Swissport’s warehouses in 2022.
Of our 117 warehouses, 14 have been certified for pharmaceutical logistics by IATA’s CEIV Pharma, by the British MHRA or other recognized industry associations.
