Zero Harm is more than a target—it’s a mindset we live by. Through proactive risk assessments, leadership accountability, and daily safety briefings, we work to eliminate hazards before they result in harm.

Safety is our top priority at Swissport, guiding everything from aircraft handling to passenger service and cargo processing. We aim for zero accidents and work-related injuries. We support this with dedicated safety teams, a strong safety culture, and a reward system. We believe in open communication, encouraging employees to report safety concerns through our confidential SpeakUp hotline.

In early 2025, as part of our Zero Harm commitment, Swissport introduced iCare, its unique quality mark representing excellence in quality, health, safety, and the environment (QHSE). Through ongoing engagement, training, and leadership support, iCare transforms safety from a set of procedures into a shared mindset. Whether on the ramp, at the check-in desk, or in cargo operations, our teams are united by a simple belief: Our Commitment to Zero Harm safety starts with me.
