In 2024, Swissport delivered more than 1.6 million training sessions. For every 100 hours worked by our operational colleagues, we invest 3 hours of targeted training—covering safety, technical proficiency, and customer interaction.

Swissport Academy
Elevating our learning culture
Investing in upskilling our people to help them grow into future-ready roles is central to Swissport’s long-term growth. That’s why we’ve launched the Swissport Academy.
Through this initiative, we are leveraging immersive technologies like VR/AR simulations and modular e-learning to create safer, more impactful training environments, while globalizing and modernizing our approach to learning.

We are on-track to ensure 40% of our leadership roles are held by women in 2027.
