At check-in counters and boarding gates of over 220 airports worldwide, Swissport employees are the first point of contact for travelers from all over the world. On behalf of its more than 500 airline customers our service agents served some 186 million airline passengers in 2022 (2021: 97 million). We aim to make every journey special right from the start.

Swissport offers special services for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). The PRM service is offered to travelers whose mobility is restricted due to a physical or mental disability or related limitations. Specially trained staff accompany passengers before departure or after arrival on their way through the airport and from/to the aircraft. The services include the use of wheelchairs, electric carts and special vehicles to help a passenger in a wheelchair to the aircraft door.
Swissport Aviation Security provides security services at 42 airports in 14 countries. Our services include among others:
- Document verification
- Passenger screening
- Aircraft security services (guarding / search)
- Cargo and baggage screening
Swissport’s customers can choose the security service solution which fits their needs on a local or a global level.

At our Fixed Base Operations (FBO) in Ireland, Morocco, New Zealand, Switzerland, Algeria and Cyprus we are offering a full range of pre- and post-flight services, satisfying highest customer expectations.
