Lost and Found

Swissport offers lost and found services at certain locations. The contact details can be found in our network map under "Passenger Services" of the airport, if available.

If you are an airline passenger and would like to track the status of delayed checked baggage, please contact the airline that operated your flight for more information. Note that the operating carrier may be different from the airline you purchased your ticket from. In case you have already filed a delayed baggage report at the airport, please use the contacts provided to you. With the file reference, you can track the status of your delayed luggage.
Track your baggage

SITA worldtracer

Your airline has entered the details of your missing baggage into the SITA WorldTracer system. You can check the status of your delayed baggage and change the delivery and contact information if necessary.

Note that not all airlines are members of the SITA WorldTracer network. For further questions please contact your airline.

Track your baggage

Swissport (Sky assist)
