Swissport-managed oneworld lounge In Seoul wins "Asia's Leading Airline Lounge" Award

The oneworld lounge at Incheon Airport in Seoul, operated by Swissport, has been named “Asia’s Leading Airline Lounge – Business Class” at the prestigious World Travel Awards. This recognition comes less than two years after its opening in January 2024, demonstrating Swissport’s excellence in premium lounge management and hospitality. 

The oneworld lounge at Incheon Airport in Seoul has been named “Asia’s Leading Airline Lounge – Business Class” at the World Travel Awards. Operated by Swissport in collaboration with its global airport hospitality brand Aspire, the lounge has set a benchmark in premium service less than two years after opening in January 2024. The award, announced on 13 October 2025 in Hong Kong, recognises the consistently high standards delivered by Swissport’s dedicated team to oneworld’s premium passengers.

A PARTNERSHIP BUILT ON TRUST AND EXPERTISE

Swissport, the global leader in aviation ground services, was selected by oneworld to operate its first-ever branded lounge, demonstrating the alliance’s confidence in the company’s operational capabilities and service standards. Since opening, the lounge has welcomed almost 200,000 guests, establishing itself as a benchmark for premium airport experiences in Asia. The 555-square-metre facility features 148 seats and a sophisticated design, offering travellers both vibrant and calming spaces to recharge, relax, or socialise.

The oneworld lounge in Seoul joins Swissport’s growing portfolio of premium lounges, which includes the oneworld lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and more than 80 Aspire Executive Lounges worldwide.
