AI is playing an increasingly important role in ground handling; we are the first to trial autonomous ground handling solutions, in collaboration with Aurrigo at our Zurich hub. 

Our investment in AI-enabled ground cameras and Aircraft Proximity Detection Systems (APDS) help us to minimize costly and delay-inducing incidents.  

This translates into safer, more consistent performance across the network, reinforcing our reliability in a fast-moving industry.
