Building operational readiness at scale

Swissport operates a global training system aligned with IATA standards, ensuring consistent capability across all locations. Training is centrally governed and locally delivered, covering the procedures and skills required for reliable execution in complex airport environments.

For every 100 hours worked, operational staff complete approximately 3 hours of structured training.

Key areas include IATA IGOM procedures, ramp operations, turnaround execution, resource coordination, and process compliance.
