Passenger Mobility
Swissport offers special services for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) at 157 airports. The PRM service is offered to travelers whose mobility is restricted due to a physical or mental disability or related limitations. Specially trained staff accompany passengers before departure or after arrival on their way through the airport and from/to the aircraft. The services include the use of wheelchairs, electric carts and special vehicles to help a passenger in a wheelchair to the aircraft door.

Swissport Aviation Security provides security services at 46 airports in 15 countries. Our offer includes vital solutions like document verification, passenger screening, aircraft security, and cargo and baggage screening. Our customers can choose tailored security solutions to meet their specific needs, locally or globally.
In 2024, Swissport launched Matchbox, a cutting-edge digital system that simplifies online check-in by verifying travel 247M documents and validating the required API data for airlines.
